Daily Integration: The goal is to seamlessly integrate the tools into your everyday life. As you practise and your self-awareness grows, these techniques for regulating your nervous system will become second nature, requiring no extra time out of your day.

Deep-Dive Exercises: You will receive exercises to further explore topics from our sessions. These are designed to enhance self-awareness, insight and processing and are flexible to fit within your schedule.

Actionable Steps: The program involves taking specific actions to bring balance to your life and develop healthier habits. These actions are chosen to align with your current health and life circumstances.

The self-care work is tailored to be manageable within the constraints of your health and lifestyle, but it’s key you are able to set aside at least 1 hour a week for a deep-dive exercise.

How does Voxer support work?

Voxer is a user-friendly app you can download on your phone or desktop, providing a direct line of communication between us between sessions. It allows you to send voice notes or texts, enabling me to offer you continuous support and guidance throughout our 16-week journey together. Here's how it works:

Regular Check-ins: I’m available on Voxer from Monday to Thursday (during office hours) every week. You can expect a response to your messages within 24-48 hours during these days. If I’m taking time off, you’ll be notified in advance.

Clients often use Voxer to - Share their wins and progress, ask questions about the deep dive exercises, request encouragement or support for specific issues, seek coaching guidance through challenges, request additional exercises tailored to particular concerns.

Voxer support is an integral part of the program, offering you a private and convenient way to stay connected, receive encouragement, and ensure you're continually moving forward between our sessions.

Is there any follow-up support after the program ends?

Absolutely! Continuing your journey beyond the initial 16-week program is an option many clients choose. Here's what I offer for ongoing support:

Extended 1:1 Packages: For those looking to deepen and extend their transformative journey, I offer the opportunity to enrol in a further 16-week 1:1 program, like my "Evolve" package.

Group Program Access: You can also join my group program, which is another avenue for continued growth and community support.

Single Session Availability: If you prefer, I offer single 1:1 sessions as add-ons. These are great for further energy work particularly. Please note, these sessions are standalone and do not include Voxer support.
